Q Labs Digital · The Frontier Lab

This is running on your graphics card.

Every point of light here is an agent deciding where to go, sixty times a second, on the device in your hands. No video and no engine: code written for this page. The lab that wrote it builds software for businesses: the systems people work in all day, the experiences they remember, and the infrastructure underneath both.

The lab

One person answers for all of it.

Q Labs Digital is Xavier Soto Santiago's studio in Puerto Rico. Before the lab had a name there were twenty years of IT: hotel and resort networks, payment platforms, security. That is why the systems built here come with the unglamorous parts done properly: hosting, backups, monitoring, access control.

The person who plans your system builds it, launches it and picks up the phone when it needs to grow. Pages like this one keep the lab sharp: if it can move a million agents in a browser tab, your dispatch board will not break a sweat.

Services

Six things the lab builds. Watch them connect.

Each card is food for the swarm. The network growing between them is what a real project looks like: the app feeds the dashboard, the dashboard feeds the invoices, and nothing is left on an island.

  • 01

    Platforms your business operates on

Dispatch boards, client records, portals and internal tools. Full products with real databases, logins and roles underneath, built for the people who use them all day.

    Next.js · React · TypeScript · Postgres/PostGIS

  • 02

Apps for work away from a desk

Companion apps for drivers, technicians and field crews: live GPS, push notifications, the camera, and a plan for when the signal drops.

Expo · React Native · background location · push

  • 03

Storefronts with an admin the owner uses

Shops that look like the brand they carry: cart, checkout, orders and inventory, and pages the owner edits without calling anyone.

Stripe · headless content · edge deploys

  • 04

Automation and AI that earn their keep

The repetitive step, removed: integrations between the systems you already pay for, document pipelines, and AI-assisted work with a person checking the result.

Node · Python · agents and MCP · CI

    Experiences people remember

Interactive brand pages, browser games, product demos, music and media projects, and real-time visuals like the one behind this card.

    Infrastructure and security

Networks, security audits with risk-rated reports, monitoring and incident response. Twenty years of it, before and alongside everything above.

Already built and ready to carry your name: towing dispatch, the EMS console, clinical documentation and boutique storefronts. A setup fee and a monthly, and you are live in weeks.

Proof

Real systems, recorded from the apps people use.

Behind them, six kinds of particles and thirty-six random rules build cells and hunters on their own. Simple rules done well: the same idea behind software that holds up on a busy day.

How it works

From a first call to a system in orbit.

A galaxy of stars on your GPU, each one on its own orbit. Projects here work the same way: they launch, and then they keep going around, with the lab close by.

  1. 01

    Talk it through

A free call. You explain what you need the way you would to a friend, and Xavier asks about the people who will use it.

  2. 02

    Click something real

A working prototype on the real stack, early, so every decision is made against something you can use.

  3. 03

    The price, in writing

It depends on the infrastructure and scale the project needs. Simple projects: a build fee plus affordable monthly maintenance. Ready-built platforms: a setup fee plus a monthly.

  4. 04

    Built and tested for real

Real phones, real data, real days. It ships when it holds up outside the demo.

  5. 05

    In orbit

Hosting, maintenance, monitoring and the next feature. The person who built it is the one who answers.

Your turn

Everything here leads to one button.

Watch the swarm find it. Tell the lab what you are trying to build: a few lines is enough, and a person answers within 24 hours, in English or Spanish.
